B2B Growth Marketer (Enterprise & Developer Audience)

 

We’re looking for a T-shaped B2B Growth Marketer—someone who thrives on hands-on execution across multiple marketing channels and B2B tactics. This is a rare, high-impact role ideal for an ex-startup growth marketer with experience targeting B2B/B2D enterprise audiences.

You should be obsessed with overachieving, growth strategies, and analytics. If you read every Reforge article and get excited about running experiments, optimizing campaigns, and scaling demand generation, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Define and optimize our enterprise lead generation motion in collaboration.
  • Lead and execute ABM, CROs, performance marketing, and B2B lead generation campaigns—hands-on, data-driven execution.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing performance—deep dive into analytics to refine channel strategy and conversion rates.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships—affiliates, co-marketing, and industry collaborations.
  • Drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition across multiple channels.
  • Run structured growth experiments to validate hypotheses, optimize conversion rates, and increase net revenue retention.
  • Build and manage our growth tech stack, selecting and integrating tools for automation, analytics, and campaign management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in B2B revenue attribution, marketing attribution modeling, HubSpot reporting, and GA4 analytics.
  • Hands-on ABM and multi-touch marketing experience, including campaign execution, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Performance marketing expertise, covering ad setup, creative strategy, optimization, and in-depth reporting.
  • Proven experience in demand generation, including webinars, enterprise events & conferences, whitepapers, and content-driven lead acquisition.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise B2B audiences/ICPs, with a deep understanding of long sales cycles and complex decision-making processes.
  • Affiliate and partnership marketing experience, managing co-marketing, referrals, and industry collaborations.
  • 5+ years in growth marketing, PMM, or B2B/SMB SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand creation, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth.
  • Experience building and managing a marketing tech stack for automation, reporting, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of developer or technical audience marketing—you don’t need to code, but you must know how to engage technical buyers.
  • Portfolio of successful (or unsuccessful) B2B/SMB/enterprise marketing campaigns and experiments.
